So, you want to be a sentai, do you? Well, you’ll need to jump through some hoops, my friend. It’s a simple hoop really. Simply have a proper costume somewhere among your 4 costume slots. Be willing to represent the Sentai Force with said costume, and be active. I emphasize being active, because all too often, people make a Sentai, and then never use it. It’s rather depressing really.
If you don’t plan on actually playing your sentai, don’t make it.
The name does not matter in the evaluation of your sentai. You merely need the costume. However, if you find it necessary to make a whole new character for it, you might as well have the Sentai name.
Now then, the costume. The costume is pretty simple, but let me walk you through it anyways.
So, you go into the character generator, be it via Icon in one of the three locations throughout Paragon City, or by creating a new character. There, you must select proper costume pieces. (Now, remember, the reason for that is because we’re a uniform Super Group. If that turns you off, close this window now...) Here’s what you need for a normal sentai costume:
Head: Full Helmets

Helmet: Retro Tech

Detail 1: Tri-top

Detail 2: Any visor from Bubble Shield down to W-Shield. Must be black.

Detail 3: NONE
Upper Body: Tights

Chest: Smooth(Preferred, though Muscular and Muscular Sleek are also accepted)

Stardust(White, with a few exceptions)
No Shoulders.
Gloves: Any style, should be the same color as your stardust chest design.
Belt: Jeweled Belt. Gold, with your sentai color for the jewel

Lower Body: Tights

Pants: Tights

Boots: Any style, same color as gloves.
When you’re done, your uniform should look like this, more or less:
